Bigamy.
Bribery, except in cases punishable under Section 3 or Section 4 of the Misdemeanours Punishment Ordinance, 1898, where the amount or value of the bribe aoes not exceed twenty-five aollars.
Arson.
Stealing, or fraudently taking, or injuring, or
destroying records or documents belonging to any court of record or relating to any proceeding therein.
Stealing, or fraudently aestroying, or concealing wills or testamentary papers or any document or written instrument being or containing evidence of the title to any lanus, or any interest in lands, tenements, or hereditaments.
Any offence committed by trustees created by deed or will,
bankers, or factors, and mentionea in Sections 32,35 and 34 of the Larceny Ordinance, 1935.
Any offence made punishable with death, or with imprisonment
for a term not exceeding ten years, or with a fine not, exceeding five thousand dollars, or with both such imprisonment and fine by tne Ofiences Proclamation, 194.
(Note:- In the case of the New Territories District Courts this
Scheaule must be read and construed as if there were added to the above offences any offence made punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years, or with a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars, or wita both such imprisonment and fine).
